“I’ve been a tattoo artist for many years, and have tried a number of after-care creams and solutions. The product I was happiest with before trying Mayan Magic was a Vitamin E based one, however, I am now recommending Mayan Magic to all of my clients, as we’ve found it to be soothing to the skin and highly effective in these ways:

Texture: The balm is non-greasy, absorbing well into the skin, which means it also doesn’t stick to clothing.
Fights scabbing effect: For clients who face scabbing during after-care, this has reduced the scabbing effect and decreased healing time.

Mayan Magic Soothes Painful Radiation Burn 
"A few months ago, I was diagnosed with Lymphatic Cancer. 
The right side of my neck had begun to swell in the form of what looked like a rope running down my neck under the skin. When I visited my doctor, she referred me to a specialist immediately, and it was discovered that my stomach was full of Lymphatic Cancer.
I began 6 months of Chemotherapy, which was followed by 20 radiation treatments – 5 per week, for 4 weeks. After the 7th or 8th day of radiation, the skin on the whole right side of my neck gradually began to burn more and more with each treatment. 
Eventually, the right side of my neck was covered in a bright red burn, similar to a 2nd-degree sunburn – and it hurt like it too. When I first applied Mayan Magic to the area, it started to soothe the burn immediately. 
After 4-5 days, the balm really seemed to take the burn out of the skin. The skin started to feel a lot better. I continued to apply the balm, and the skin is now a very light brown colour now and doesn’t even look scarred. 
You can hardly tell that the burn happened. The skin is still a little numb and my Doctor said it will be for some months, but will eventually return to normal. 
I can’t say enough, how much the Mayan Magic relieved my pain and how happy I am to have found this product. Thank you,

I thought I would let you know -- A lot of our customers really like the Mayan Magic balm. Recently, one gentleman came into the store with awful Eczema on his hands and wrists, which he has been sufferering with for a long time. He bought just the small (50ml) jar of Mayan Magic to try.
